Yellowstone National Park is always a favorite amongst park-goers. It has ranging sights from geysers to rivers to hot springs to lakes. We loved spending our time here and were able to enjoy each section of the park due to splitting up the park. We loved taking out time to get to know the area and enjoy each part.
This past summer we spent two weeks to get from Louisiana to Seattle, Washington. This was our first prolonged road trip together and we not only survived, but we had a wonderful time!
On the first day of our road trip we stopped in Amarillo, TX. We stopped here for a couple of reasons, mostly being that we needed to rest before moving on to the next stretch of road, but also as a last hoo-rah in the South and Texas in general.
Our road trip in 2017 was awesome! We saw so many sights along the way and loved each one!
Continuing on our adventures we have been trying to make an effort to explore Seattle, not just the surrounding areas.
Slowly the PNW is starting to have more and more sunny days. With those sunny days come more drives, hikes, and outdoor adventures.
Previously I wrote a post about buying a tent and the important questions to ask during the process. Zach and I recently received our REI refund so we decided to buy some hiking boots since we are hiking more than ever. There are obviously a whole list of questions one can ask when shopping, but these are the ones that seemed at the core of the process for us.
